Junior Coaching – Whalley Range Cricket Club Our junior coaching programme at Whalley Range Cricket Club is designed to provide young players with a fun and structured environment to develop their confidence, cricket skills, and love for the game.

The annual junior coaching fee of £75 helps towards the huge cost of training equipment and professional development, alongside your player getting:

•	Weekly Training Sessions Professionally-led coaching sessions covering batting, bowling, fielding, and game awareness; tailored to each age group and ability level. 
•	Match Participation Opportunities to represent the club in junior league fixtures and friendly matches, allowing players to apply their skills in a competitive and supportive setting. 
•	Player Development Pathway Structured progression through age groups, with opportunities for additional coaching, winter training, and advancement into representative and senior cricket as these become appropriate.
•	Club Playing Kit- each junior member receives a club shirt and cap, fostering a sense of identity, pride, and team spirit when representing Whalley Range. 

Our aim is to create not just better cricketers, but confident, disciplined, and team-oriented individuals who enjoy being part of a vibrant club community.
